Key Responsibilities:
Perform high-quality CT scans according to physician orders and facility protocols Prepare and position patients to ensure optimal imaging results while maintaining comfort and safety Operate and maintain CT equipment, ensuring accuracy and safety standards are met Review and evaluate images for clarity, completeness, and diagnostic value Collaborate with radiologists and other medical professionals to facilitate efficient diagnoses and treatment planning Maintain accurate patient records, imaging logs, and regulatory compliance documentation Adhere to all safety and infection control guidelines within the imaging suite Provide compassionate care and clear communication to patients throughout their procedure
Qualifications and Experience:
Current certification and registration as a CT Technologist (ARRT CT) Valid state licensure as required Previous experience as a CT Tech in a fast-paced medical imaging setting preferred Familiarity with imaging equipment troubleshooting and daily QA checks Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to communicate effectively with patients and medical staff BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required Take the next step in your CT imaging career by applying for this rewarding contract role.
