Job Description

Category Imaging - MRI Job Type Contract Advance your career as an MRI Technologist and contribute to high-quality imaging care with a specialized team. This contract opportunity calls for expertise in the field and a commitment to superior patient safety and comfort.
Schedule:
3x12-hour shifts, all scheduled consecutively
Saturday & Sunday:
8:00am - 8:30pm
Monday:
9:30am - 10:00pm
Qualifications:
Current ARRT, MR, and BLS certifications required Minimum of 2 years' MRI experience (5-7 years preferred) Valid driver's license with residence outside a 50-mile radius of the facility Experience with both adult and pediatric populations Proficiency in utilizing Philips Ingenia 1.5, Med Rad Spectris Solaris Injector, Omnicell, EPIC, and
FUJI PACS
Must disclose any background incidents at the time of submission Candidates must be fully COVID vaccinated or provide an approved exemption
Desirable Experience:
Previous experience of at least one full year as a traveler at this location requires a two-year gap before return Former permanent staff must have been gone for two years
Responsibilities:
Independently perform MRI procedures following radiologist-established protocols Exercise judgment in applying appropriate scanning techniques for diverse patient groups Ensure magnet safety, including patient screening and safety checks for all objects entering the room Assume accountability for specific equipment and assigned procedure area May have shifts working independently (no floating required) Adhere to unit standards, including black scrub dress code
