Previous experience in a long-term care facility preferred but not required. Participate in the planning and implementation of activities for nursing home residents. Observe resident rights by following policies and procedures including maintaining confidentiality and assist the Director of Social Services. Assist with visitations Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with residents, visitors and staff. Respond positively to change and show willingness to learn new things.
