Summary of Role:
The Director of Life Enrichment plays an integral role in the success of our team, our community, and in creating a place our residents are proud to call home. This leader is responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing a comprehensive life enrichment program that supports residents' physical, emotional, social, cognitive, and spiritual well‑being. This role collaborates closely with nursing, operations, dining, and families to ensure programming reflects resident interests, abilities, and life stories—while meeting regulatory and safety standards. The ideal candidate is creative, organized, relationship‑driven, and passionate about creating meaningful daily experiences. Key Responsibilities:
Plan, coordinate, and lead a dynamic calendar of life enrichment programs and special events Encourage resident participation through individualized approaches and group engagement Supervise, train, and support Life Enrichment team members and volunteers Build relationships with families, community partners, and local organizations Maintain documentation, compliance, and budgeting related to programming Support resident transitions and promote social connection within the community
Schedule:
Full‑Time | Day Shift Typical schedule is Monday-Friday with flexibility , including occasional evenings or weekends for special events and resident activities.
