What You'll Do Create and lead exciting daily activities, events, outings, and celebrations. Design a vibrant monthly activity calendar filled with social, recreational, educational, and wellness programs. Encourage participation and build meaningful connections with residents. Bring creativity and enthusiasm to memory care and dementia-friendly programming. Coordinate holiday parties, themed events, live entertainment, and community gatherings. Work closely with nursing, sales, and marketing teams to create a lively and welcoming community atmosphere. Capture fun moments through photos and videos for social media and family engagement. Transport residents to outings, appointments, and special events. Help create a warm, magical environment where seniors feel valued, energized, and connected. What We're Looking For A naturally upbeat, outgoing personality with a passion for working with seniors. Experience in assisted living, memory care, life enrichment, recreation, or senior activities preferred. Someone who can motivate and entice an energetic crowd to participate and have fun. Strong communication and organizational skills. Creativity, flexibility, and a team-player attitude. Comfortable using Google Workspace/G Suite. Valid driver's license required Why Join Gardens Care?
