Life Enrichment Director About the
Role:
As our Life Enrichment Director, you'll design, plan, and lead engaging activity programs that enhance the physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being of our residents. You'll play a key role in creating a vibrant community atmosphere, fostering meaningful connections, and ensuring residents' interests and needs are met through diverse and stimulating activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, plan, organize, and implement activity programs tailored to residents' interests and individual needs Collaborate with other departments to integrate activities supporting residents' physical, emotional, and social well-being Coordinate programs and events sponsored by community groups Develop and oversee the community's volunteer program Manage the Life Enrichment department's budget and purchase supplies as needed Work closely with all departments to promote resident engagement and maximize quality of life Maintain accurate records of resident participation and social engagement Prepare and distribute monthly activity calendars and schedules Ensure activity areas are clean, safe, and inviting Drive the community vehicle for resident outings as required Make daily rounds to monitor program effectiveness and resident engagement Foster a warm, welcoming environment that emphasizes personal connection and positive experiences for all residents

Requirements:
High school diploma or GED required Minimum of 2 years of experience preferred Activity Director Certification (ADC) preferred Active CPR certification
