Director of Resident Enrichment - Inspire, Engage, Make Every Day Meaningful Are you passionate about creating memorable experiences for older adults? Creamery Brook Retirement Village , nestled in the scenic town of Brooklyn, CT, is seeking a dedicated Director of Resident Enrichment to lead our vibrant Life Enrichment program. This is an exciting opportunity to create meaningful experiences, build lasting connections, and enrich the daily lives of our residents. What You'll Do Plan and coordinate a diverse calendar of engaging activities and special events Organize day trips, entertainment, educational programs, and guest speakers Foster a welcoming, active, and inclusive community atmosphere Lead and inspire the Activities Department with creativity and enthusiasm Safely transport residents to off-site events using company vehicles What We're Looking For Experience planning and leading recreational or activity programs Previous leadership experience in an Activities Department preferred Bachelor's degree in Recreation, Psychology, Therapeutic Recreation, or a related field Valid driver's license with a Passenger Endorsement (no restrictions) Flexible availability, including occasional evenings and weekends Position Details Full-time, salaried position Monday-Friday schedule, with occasional evenings and weekends as needed We Offer Vacation and sick time beginning upon hire Medical, dental, and vision insurance after 30+ days Paid holidays and your birthday off 403(b) retirement plan with company match The opportunity to make a genuine difference in the lives of our residents every day If you're ready to turn your creativity and compassion into a rewarding career, we'd love to hear from you.
