We're currently seeking a compassionate and creative PRN Therapeutic Recreation Director to join our team and bring smiles to our residents!

Responsibilities:

Plan, coordinate, and lead engaging recreational activities that promote residents' well-being. Adapt programs to meet the needs and interests of individuals and groups. Collaborate with nursing and therapy departments to support residents' overall care plans. Document participation and progress in accordance with facility and regulatory guidelines. Provide support and coverage as needed, maintaining a positive and enthusiastic approach.

Qualifications:

Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist (CTRS) preferred or relevant experience in recreation programming for seniors. Experience in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation setting strongly preferred. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Compassionate, energetic, and creative mindset.
