Indian Beach Nursing and Rehab Center 1755 18th Street Sarasota , FL 34234 Activities Director Looking for Activities Director in Skilled Nursing Home Job requires working 8:00a-4:30p, some evenings or weekends based on facility needs Job duties include but not limited to: Following activities calendar Encouraging resident participation Following the resident's plan of care regarding activities Complete room visits/ 1:1 visits Update the activity log for each resident daily Activities to update activities based on resident preferences Certification preferred Must be able to pass level 2 fingerprinting with an Eligible status.
