Activity Leader

Job Summary Eben Silver Town is a senior living community dedicated to providing comfort, care, and a strong sense of belonging for older adults. We are seeking a compassionate and energetic Activity Leader to engage residents through recreational, wellness, social, and educational activities. This role helps create a safe, welcoming, and vibrant environment where residents can stay active, build friendships, and enjoy a meaningful quality of life. Responsibilities Plan, organize, and lead engaging recreational, wellness, social, and educational activities for senior residents. Create a safe, welcoming, and positive environment that encourages resident participation and social interaction. Assist residents during activities while ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. Encourage physical, emotional, and cognitive engagement through games, exercises, arts and crafts, music, and group programs. Support special events, holiday celebrations, outings, and community programs. Communicate and collaborate with team members to maintain a high-quality resident experience. Help maintain activity calendars, program materials, and common activity areas. Qualifications Previous experience in senior living, activities, hospitality, healthcare, childcare, customer service, or community programs is preferred. Compassionate, positive, and patient personality with a passion for working with seniors. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to lead engaging group activities such as games, exercise, music, arts and crafts, and social events. Ability to work collaboratively with residents, families, and team members in a professional manner. CPR/First Aid certification is preferred or willingness to obtain certification. Pay:

$16.00 - $18.00 per hour
