Activity Director Institute for Community - 2.7 Romeoville, IL Job Details Part-time $15 - $16 an hour 21 hours ago Qualifications Student supervision Personal service experience with children Child safety supervision Working with students Working with youth Full Job Description As a Titan Club Activity Director, you will help create a safe, welcoming, and engaging environment where children can learn, explore, and grow beyond the classroom. The program blends homework support with hands-on activities that spark curiosity, build confidence, and encourage positive connections.
Program Hours:
Monday through Friday, on days when school is in session, from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. What We're Looking For- A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their growth.

- Communicate with office staff about attendance updates or changes.
- Confirm that all expected children are present and accounted for.
- Provide homework help and academic support as needed.
- Distribute and supervise supper provided by the school district.
- Engage with children through positive, age-appropriate activities and conversation.
- Communicate with parents as needed to support each child's experience.
