  • Full-time Autumn Trace of Bedford is seeking an energetic, creative, and compassionate Life Enhancement Director to lead engaging, age-appropriate activities and outings for our vibrant senior community.
This is the perfect role for someone who loves to plan, thrives on bringing people together, and gets excited about creating meaningful moments. We are looking for a self-starter who can think outside the box, build enthusiasm, and design fun, purposeful programs that enrich the lives of our community members.
What You'll Do:
Plan and implement engaging daily activities and special events Organize outings and community experiences Create age-appropriate, purposeful programming Encourage participation and build excitement among residents Foster a positive, welcoming environment
What We're Looking For:
Outgoing and high-energy personality Creative thinker who enjoys planning and organizing Strong communication and leadership skills Ability to motivate and engage others Flexible schedule (some evenings/weekends required for events) Ability to work independently and bring fresh ideas to the table If you love creating joy, building connections, and making every day meaningful, we would love to meet you!
