Our rehabilitation services are designed to support faster, more meaningful recoveryand our Activities team plays a vital role in enhancing each resident's quality of life. We are currently seeking a passionate and energetic Activity Director to lead and grow a dynamic activities program that supports the social, emotional, and physical well-being of our residents. What You'll Do As the Activity Director, you will design and lead engaging programs that truly make a difference in residents' daily lives.
You'll:
Develop and implement individualized and group activity programs based on residents' interests, abilities, and needs Build strong relationships with residents, families, and care teams to ensure meaningful engagement Collaborate with leadership and interdisciplinary teams to support comprehensive care plans Oversee activity documentation and regulatory compliance Lead quality assurance initiatives and ensure programs meet state and federal standards Manage, train, and support Activity Assistants and volunteers Coordinate special events, outings, and on-campus activities Support resident involvement, including Resident Council development Participate in surveys and ensure readiness at all times What We're Looking For Activity Director Certification (required) Valid driver's license (per position requirements) Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills High energy, creativity, and a genuine passion for working with seniors Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail Knowledge of regulatory requirements and documentation standards preferred Why Join Us?
