Position Purpose:

Provides a variety of scheduled activities for clients and closely monitors events to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Supervises activities staff, ensuring that schedules group activities are being held. Administrative supervision (hire, evaluate, discipline, terminate, employee relations) Assist with training and orientation of staff when requested Scheduling, time sheets, payroll activities Motivate, inspire, facilitate staff to meet program and organizational goals Provide required services witin established budget Requirements HS Diploma Activities Director Course (36 hour) 4 years experience in field including 1 year supervisory experience Benefits Dental/Vision/Medical insurance Up to 25 vacation days per year for the first two years. 32 vacation days a year after the first two years. 9
