Job Overview Sunlite Adult Day Care is looking for a compassionate, creative, and dedicated Activity Coordinator to join our team! The Activity Coordinator will be responsible for planning and leading engaging activities that support the cognitive, physical, and emotional well-being of our participants. This role is important in creating a warm, stimulating, and meaningful environment for older adults each day.

Key ResponsibilitiesActivity Planning:

Develop and organize recreational activities that cater to the interests and needs of participants.

Participant Assessment:

Conduct assessments to understand the recreational needs of participants and document their progress.

Collaboration:

Work closely with other staff members to ensure activities align with care plans and dietary requirements.

Community Engagement:

Coordinate outings and community events to promote social interaction and engagement. Qualifications Experience in recreational therapy or a related field is often preferred. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for effective coordination of activities.
