Job Description

We are currently accepting resumes for the position of Director .

Candidates should have:

An Operator or Administrator license / or be willing to get one within 30 days.
A personal commitment to providing excellent elder care and a passion for working with seniors.
Successful management and leadership experience in healthcare or similar field.
Demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills.
Above average interpersonal skills to work effectively with the corporate team, regulatory agencies, management, staff, residents, families, and visitors.
A leadership style that leads by example. Must be willing to participate in performing all duties needed to run the residence daily.
Ability to engage in face-to-face communication with families of residence as well as building community involvement to build strong brand awareness.
Ability to build relationships with local referral sources, area professionals, adult children and prospective residents.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
