Requirements Job Type:
Lifestyle Coordinator, Non- Exempt $26.
Bonus Program Work Hours :
Full- Time, Monday
- Friday 8:30am
- 5:00pm (weekends and evening as needed for resident activities).
Physical Requirements :
lifting, moving, transferring, bending, stooping, squatting, and reaching. Must be able to sit for extended periods while operating a vehicle.Required Education :
Bachelor's Degree or applicable work experience.Required Experience :
1- 2 years of experience in event planning, preferably residential property management and in active/independent adult (55+) market.
