Activities Director Pinnacle Care of Battle Creek Battle Creek, MI Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Activities Director to join our team at Pinnacle Care of Battle Creek! As an integral part of our care community, the Activities Director will be responsible for designing, implementing, and leading recreational and therapeutic activities for our residents. Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a comprehensive activities program that promotes socialization, recreation, and overall well-being among our residents Recruit, train, and supervise activity staff and volunteers to ensure a high-quality experience for residents Collaborate with the care team to identify and address the needs and interests of our residents Plan and execute special events, such as birthday parties, holiday celebrations, and outings Document resident participation, feedback, and outcomes to measure program effectiveness Develop and manage the activities budget and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain a positive, professional work environment About the
