Key Responsibilities Include:
Provide frontline POSO customer-focused services, resolving issues, ensuring compliance, and escalating complex matters appropriately (35%) Serve as the primary POSO advisor and administer compliant, full-cycle recruitment and employment processes (60%) Coordinate escalations, collaborate with POSO experts, and contribute to training and continuous improvement efforts (5%) Minimum Education, Knowledge, Skills, and Experience Bachelor's degree; or equivalent combination of training and experience. All degrees must be received from appropriately accredited institutions. License or Certification required by statute or regulation N/A Preferred Education, Knowledge, Skills, and Experience Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and ethics Experience in problem-solving and thorough knowledge of HR procedures and policies Experience using HR systems (including but not limited to Banner, PeopleAdmin, Salesforce, etc.) and ability to learn new technical systems, when necessary Experience in higher education or similarly complex, regulated organizations Knowledge of recruitment, hiring, and employment lifecycle processes Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills, time management skills, and problem-solving skills License or Certification required by the Department N/A Special Instructions to Applicant Please ensure your full range of knowledge, skills, abilities, experience and education are listed on your application.
