The Activities Director is a key part of our facility. Some of the job responsibilities may include but are not limited to: -A flexible work a flexible schedule; this position requires some weekends and evenings. -Responsible for running activities, creating flyers and other materials, shopping for supplies, assisting with calendar preparation, and other duties.- Leading scheduled activities programs that inspire spiritual, cognitive, social, physical and creative expressions
- Organizing, planning and implementation of programs and opportunities that promote resident well-being
- Enthusiastically promote and communicate programs and events to residents and families
- Passionately motivate and serve residents of varying cognitive and physical abilities
- Interact with families and visitors of our residents
