Life Enrichment Lead The Haven at Lee | Assisted Living & Memory Care Make Every Day Meaningful! The Haven at Lee is seeking a compassionate, energetic, and organized Life Enrichment Lead to oversee our Life Enrichment program while creating engaging experiences that bring purpose, joy, and connection to our residents. This is a hands-on leadership role perfect for someone who enjoys working with seniors, leading a team, and planning meaningful activities in a holistic assisted living community. Responsibilities Lead and support the Life Enrichment team and volunteers. Plan and coordinate daily activities, special events, and holiday celebrations. Create and maintain the monthly activity calendar. Encourage resident participation and build meaningful relationships. Assist residents with activities. Coordinate entertainers, community outings, and family events. Collaborate with Nursing and other departments to provide exceptional resident-centered care. Document resident participation and communicate any concerns to the nursing team. Qualifications Experience in assisted living, memory care, long-term care, or senior services preferred. Previous leadership or supervisory experience is a plus. Experience working with residents living with dementia or Alzheimer's disease is highly desirable. Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills. Compassionate, dependable, creative, and a team player. Why Join The Haven at Lee?
