Role:

As our Activities Director , you will be responsible for: Developing and implementing a comprehensive activities program that aligns with the needs and interests of our residents Coordinating and leading a variety of activities, including recreational, educational, and social events Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless execution of activities and events Maintaining accurate records of activities, attendance, and resident feedback Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies

Responsibilities:

Plan and execute activities and events that cater to diverse interests and abilities Develop and manage the activities budget Recruit and train volunteers to assist with activities and events Identify and integrate community resources and partnerships to enhance the activities program Build and maintain relationships with residents, families, and staff to ensure excellent customer service
