Activity Coordinator

Under general supervision, provide socialization, and developmental activity programs to clients/participants. Provide specialized assistance according to individualized treatment care plan and specific needs of the client/participant.

Responsibilities:

Under direction, ensure that the activities of this position and relevant programs are consistent with the mission, vision, and values of Catholic Charities, Diocese of Participate in case management to determine goals and objectives for Plan and develop recreational activities, which may be therapeutic, that will assist participants according to their care plans. Implement and evaluate recreational activities, which may be therapeutic, in order to meet the goals and objectives of individual care Supervise at least one employee and several volunteers; includes staffing, reviews, Prepare and complete all required files, reports, and related paperwork in a timely and professional manner. Attend meetings (staff & client) as Review care plans and progress of cases with supervisor for continued support, advice, and approval. Requirements:
