Role:
As an Activities Director, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing a variety of activities and programs designed to meet the physical, emotional, and social needs of our residents. Your creativity, energy, and enthusiasm will be essential in creating a warm and welcoming environment that encourages socialization, participation, and enjoyment for all residents.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement activity programs that cater to the diverse needs and interests of our residents, including but not limited to: arts and crafts, entertainment, outdoor activities, and educational programs Collaborate with care staff, families, and volunteers to design and execute activity plans that promote resident engagement and satisfaction Conduct assessments to identify resident preferences and needs, and use this information to tailor activities to meet their unique requirements Maintain accurate records of resident participation, activity attendance, and feedback to ensure continuity and improvement of programs Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of new activities and programs
Requirements:
