This position will be responsible for providing overall management and support functions to the Memory Care team, as well as maintaining regulatory compliance and ensuring resident care systems follow Laurel Parc policies and State requirements.
Pay:
$80,000 - $85,000 annually Main Responsibilities Conducts resident care conferences timely and notifies responsible party of changes in the plan of services as directed by Health Services Director. Reviews schedule for medication assistants and caregivers, including taking calls 24 hours a day, seven days a week, alongside Resident Care Coordinator and Staffing Coordinator. Tracks attendance and overtime issues. Reviews all physician orders and audits to ensure transcriptions are accurate. Conducts new move in evaluations and readmit evaluations.Qualifications:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) + 2 years leadership responsibility working with the senior population in Memory Care or Assisted Living required. Language Requirement All team members must have the basic ability to use computer/smart phone applications for training and company system purposes. Employees must also be able to comprehend written documents such as work orders, safety rules, instructions, policies, and procedures. Also required is the ability of employees to speak and communicate effectively with clients, coworkers and management.
