Activities Aide Part-Time Nightingale Nursing and Rehab Center in Erie, Pennsylvania is seeking a creative, upbeat, and compassionate Activities Aide to join our Life Enrichment Team. If you love bringing joy to others, have strong communication skills, and enjoy working with seniors, this is the perfect role for you. What You'll Do Assist in planning and leading daily activities, programs, and special events Engage residents in group and one-on-one activities Help coordinate seasonal celebrations, crafts, games, music, and social events Encourage resident participation and promote a positive, inclusive environment Document attendance and resident engagement Support the Activities Director with setup, cleanup, and program preparation Follow all safety and infection control guidelines What We're Looking For Friendly, energetic, and patient personality Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to motivate and engage residents Creative mindset and willingness to try new ideas Previous experience in activities, recreation, or senior care preferred but not required Must be dependable and able to work a flexible part-time schedule Schedule Part-Time schedule with flexible daytime, evening, or weekend availability Ideal for candidates seeking meaningful, hands-on work Why Join Nightingale?
