Job Summary Description As a Lifestyle Assistant , you provide daily activity programs for the residents and assist the Director in providing a full range of program services. This position requires tact, sensitivity, and professionalism to ensure industry-leading resident programming service delivery. Requirements Education :
High School diploma or equivalentSkills:
Demonstrated knowledge and experience with residents having dementia and appropriate therapeutic/behavioral interventions preferred; Must be able to read, write, and speak the English language in an understandable manner.Physical Demands :
