Join Our Team! We're Looking for an Enthusiastic Activity Director! We are committed to providing exceptional care and creating a vibrant, positive environment for both our residents and staff. We're currently seeking a creative and dedicated Activity Director to lead a team focused on enriching the lives of our residents. If you're passionate about making a difference through engaging activities, this is the role for you!
What You'll Do:
As the Activity Director , you will be at the heart of our residents' daily experiences, creating opportunities for physical, mental, and social well-being.
Your responsibilities will include:
Planning & Organizing Activities:
Develop and manage a diverse calendar of recreational activities tailored to the needs and preferences of our residents.
Enriching Lives:
Create and implement activities that promote physical exercise, cognitive stimulation, and social interaction to enhance residents' quality of life.
Team Leadership:
Supervise and coordinate a team of 12 support staff (activity assistants), ensuring everyone is aligned with the program goals and resident needs.
Safety First:
Monitor and ensure that all activities are carried out safely, following established safety protocols.
Budgeting & Resource Management:

What We're Looking For:
Certification:
Relevant certification required for the role.
Experience:
2+ years of experience in a healthcare or senior care setting, with a focus on activity programming.
Strong Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage conflicts and create a positive environment. Ready to Make a Difference?
