At Liberty Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing, we pride ourselves on Outstanding medical and rehabilitation services and are committed to providing top-notch care to our residents. As an Activities and Central Supply team member, you will be responsible for coordinating and implementing activities to promote resident engagement, recreation, and therapy. You will also be responsible for procuring and managing the facility's central supply of medical equipment, linens, and other essential items.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate and lead activities for residents, including arts and crafts, exercise classes, and social events Develop and implement activity programs to meet the diverse needs and interests of our residents Maintain accurate records of resident participation and activity schedules Manage and maintain the facility's central supply, ensuring that all necessary items are stocked and available Collaborate with other departments, including nursing, therapy, and dietary, to ensure seamless provision of care and services Provide exceptional customer service to residents, families, and staff members
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required Previous experience in activities or central supply coordination preferred Ability to lift, bend, and move equipment and supplies as needed Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with Medicare and Medicaid regulations and guidelines
