Lifestyle Coordinator Daniel Island SC Location:

Farr Street Charleston, SC Hourly Rate:
$25.00/hr. - $27.00/hr.
Position Summary:
The Lifestyle Coordinator executes the property's marketing, leasing, event management, and renewal strategies to achieve key occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals. This role seamlessly combines leasing responsibilities with high-impact resident engagement to create an exceptional living experience from the initial tour through long-term residency. As the first point of contact, you will welcome prospective residents with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a deep understanding of our community's unique lifestyle. Beyond leasing, you will bring the community to life by designing dynamic events, fostering meaningful connections, and supporting a vibrant environment for our residents.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
(include but not limited to): Welcome visitors: Greet prospects and residents warmly, ensuring their comfort while waiting Leasing support: Assist the team with property tours for prospective residents as needed Communication management: Answer and route phone calls efficiently, and perform service request callbacks
Package Logistics:
Document and log incoming deliveries, notifying residents within 24 hours Program execution: Utilize amenity spaces to launch innovative, creative and dynamic resident events Performance metrics: develop assessment metrics to evaluate and report on event success Content creation: Design and distribute the monthly activities calendar, newsletter and promotional flyers Digital outreach: Manage the resident portal updates and monitor the dedicated lifestyle email account
Local Expertise:
Maintain relationships with local businesses to provide neighborhood recommendations to residents.
Amenity maintenance:
Verify that all community amenity spaces are in immaculate, tour-rady condition Logistics scheduling: Manage the guest suite calendar, cleanliness verification, and payment processing Move logistics: Coordinate the loading dock and elevator schedules for smooth resident move-ins and move-outs Financial input: Provide feedback for event and retention budgets while managing expenses responsibly
Qualifications & Skills:
High School Diploma or GED; OR 1 to 3 months related experience and/or training; OR equivalent combination of education and experience Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos, as well as the ability to write short correspondence Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, residents/clients and other employees of Claremont Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations
