Today Job Description Join Our Team as a Community Based Therapist! Are you a compassionate and dedicated therapist looking to make a difference in the lives of individuals and families in Sioux Falls, SD? Southeastern Directions for Life is seeking a Community Based Therapist to provide quality mental health services in a community-based setting. This is a rewarding opportunity to work with individuals and families in need of therapeutic support and guidance. Southeastern is a HRSA approved site!
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct individual and family therapy sessions in various community settings (schools, homes, office and public spaces) Develop treatment plans and goals in collaboration with clients Provide crisis intervention and support as needed Collaborate with other professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients Document client progress and maintain accurate records
Qualifications:
Master's degree in counseling, social work, or related field Licensed or license-eligible therapist in the state of South Dakota preferred Experience providing therapy to individuals and families Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Benefits 10 paid holidays Health, Dental, Vision and Ancillary insurance Company paid LTD and
