Full-Time Lifestyles Coordinator The Rivers at Maryland Farms - Now Managed by Greenbrier Senior Living Create Meaningful Moments. Inspire Connection. Make Every Day Matter. We are seeking an enthusiastic, creative, and compassionate Lifestyles Coordinator to join our team and make a meaningful impact in the lives of our Assisted Living and Memory Care residents. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment , enjoys thinking outside the box, and is passionate about creating engaging experiences that enhance quality of life. Weekend availability and scheduling flexibility is required. What You'll Do Plan, coordinate, implement, and evaluate engaging recreational, social, cognitive, and therapeutic activities for Assisted Living and Memory Care residents. Develop a monthly activity calendar that promotes resident wellness, independence, and meaningful engagement. Lead and facilitate group and one-on-one activities, including evenings and weekends as needed. Collaborate with nursing, therapy, dining, and other departments to provide person-centered programming. Coordinate resident outings and assist with transportation when scheduled. Recruit, organize, and support volunteers to enhance resident programming. Maintain accurate documentation and activity records in compliance with state regulations and company policies. Foster an energetic, welcoming environment where residents feel connected and valued. Assist with special events, holiday celebrations, family programs, and community initiatives. Perform other duties as assigned. What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is: Creative, energetic, and self-motivated. Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a busy senior living environment. Passionate about serving older adults and enhancing their quality of life. Flexible and dependable, with the ability to work weekends and occasional evenings. An excellent communicator and team player. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. Minimum of three (3) years of experience in senior living, recreation therapy, activities, or a related field preferred. Certified Activity Professional, Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist (CTRS), or equivalent certification preferred. Current CPR certification preferred. Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, reach, climb stairs, kneel, and lift up to 25 pounds without assistance throughout the workday. Why Join Greenbrier Senior Living?
