Job Description

Bring joy, creativity, and connection to the lives of older adults at Abe's Garden Community! We're looking for an enthusiastic Activities Coordinator to plan and lead meaningful engagement opportunities for our residents living with dementia. What You'll Do Create, organize, and lead fun, purposeful activities throughout the community Inspire and mentor Care Partners to deliver exceptional engagement experiences Collaborate with the team to design monthly activity calendars that reflect residents' interests Guide volunteers and coordinate materials for smooth program delivery Track resident participation and help innovate new ideas for engagement
What We're Looking For Education:
High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
Experience:
Background in recreational planning for seniors or individuals with dementia strongly preferred
Skills:
Warm communication style, creativity, teamwork, and adaptability
Physical Requirements:
