This role focuses on executing structured youth basketball programs, managing local coaches, securing facility relationships, and delivering consistent athlete experiences aligned with NYBA's standards. This is a hybrid position requiring active involvement in programming and on-court instruction during the initial startup phase. Site Directors operate their assigned territory from the ground up while leveraging NYBA's established infrastructure, curriculum, and leadership support to ensure consistent execution and long-term sustainability.
Minimum time commitment:
10-20 hours per week depending on programming volume. Applicants must reside in Nashville, TN or the surrounding areas. Responsibilities Launch and operate NYBA programming within assigned territory Secure and manage local facility relationships Recruit and supervise youth coaches (with State Director approval) Ensure consistent delivery of NYBA curriculum and standards Manage local scheduling and session logistics Support player recruitment and retention efforts Maintain professional communication with families Represent NYBA with integrity and high character Job Qualifications and Leadership Profile Ability to manage group dynamics and mentor coaches Prior coaching or youth program experience preferred Strong understanding of basketball fundamentals and terminology Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented Strong communication skills Builder mindset with patience and long-term focus

Established local basketball network of families, athletes, coaches, and community contacts

Existing relationships with or access to basketball facilities and gyms Must pass a background check CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to obtain within 60 days) The ideal candidate demonstrates: Strong personal habits and accountability Ability to operate independently within a structured system Efficient execution and follow-through Professionalism in community relationships Compensation & structure This is a revenue-based position with earnings directly tied to territory growth and enrollment performance. Estimated annual earnings range from $12,000-$18,000 in early-stage markets, with income increasing as the territory becomes established and programming expands through continued enrollment growth. $12,000.00 - $18,000.00 per year

Work Location:
Remote
