Job Description
Qualifications Must be a self-starter with excellent organizational and customer service skills. Must be able to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Ability to prioritize tasks and schedule activities based on forecasted workloads. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally and compassionately with a diverse group of residents. Ability to work independently while maintaining accurate records and meeting deadlines. Responsibilities and Duties Publish and distribute a monthly activities calendar to all residents. Maintain a supportive services binder on the property, ensuring it is current and readily accessible. Coordinate annual health fairs for residents. Plan and facilitate quarterly health and nutrition education courses. Organize arts and crafts sessions and other recreational activities at least twice each month. Promote resident participation in programs and activities that enhance health, wellness, and community engagement.
