Ensures resident safety at all times. Embraces Culture Change and resident-centered philosophies Ensure compliance with documentation and record keeping to meet current regulatory compliance standards. Completion of interest and participation assessments on admission and quarterly thereafter. Prepare and update a Connections Plan for each resident within 7 days of admission and quarterly thereafter. Plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate, and direct the Connections program of the community.Requirements:
A High School Diploma, a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Therapeutic Recreation, Psychology, Gerontology, or another related field is preferred. Certification as Professional is required. Previous management experience in healthcare or service-related setting. Computer literate. Must have a valid State Drivers License with appropriate CDL class Knowledge of the physiology and psychology of the older adult. Experience in program design, planning and implementation is desired.
