Lifestyle Coordinator Tuesday-Saturday | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Evening, weekend, and holiday events as needed. Comp time provided for approved after-hours events. Are you passionate about event planning, community engagement, and creating memorable experiences? We're looking for a dynamic Lifestyle Coordinator to plan and execute community events, recreational programs, and resident activities that bring people together and enhance the resident experience. What You'll Do Plan, coordinate, and lead community events, social activities, and holiday celebrations. Manage an annual calendar of events and lifestyle programming. Coordinate vendors, volunteers, event staff, and event logistics. Create newsletters, flyers, and community communications. Support resident clubs, committees, and volunteer programs. Assist with budgeting, event revenue tracking, and administrative reporting. Support website updates and community marketing efforts. Work directly at community events, including occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays. What We're Looking For High School Diploma or GED required. 2+ years of experience in event planning, activities coordination, hospitality, recreation, administrative support, or community engagement. Leadership or supervisory experience preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills. Valid Driver's License required. Physical Requirements Frequently lift up to 50 pounds. Stand and walk for extended periods. Work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions. Assist with event setup, breakdown, and equipment movement. Why Join Us?
