Job Description

The position is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering a variety of recreation center classes, activities, and programs. Additionally, there is a strong emphasis on developing inclusive social, emotional, and physical programming, including events and trips designed specifically for adults with disabilities. Duties also include supporting and collaborating with Special Olympics programming and initiatives. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Recreation, Recreation Therapy, Adaptive Recreation, or a related field, along with at least one year of relevant experience and a valid Class C Texas driver's license required. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is beneficial. Work hours will vary and include evenings and weekends. Applicants must submit a résumé at the time of application.
PAY GRADE GG15 / FULL PAY RANGE
