August 2026 We are the luxury community in Lakeway, Texas and we are looking for a Lifestyle Director to join our team. If you're serious about your career and want a role that will create family memories for a lifetime for our owners, this is an amazing opportunity for you. The Lifestyle Director serves as the manager of owner programs to include recreational, social, cultural, educational, and entertainment experiences designed to enhance the daily lifestyle within the community. The Lifestyle Director will also provide administrative and project support to the General Manager and the Board of Directors. Hours for this position could include weekends and holidays and will serve as the team leader for the Lifestyle division as we continue to grow. Variable Hours Duties include but are not limited to: Responsible for the daily overall functioning of the association's lifestyle programming and to ensure that all members and guests are greeted with a welcome and smile at events. Provides excellent customer service to all members at all times. Plans, schedules, and executes all community events with the goal of expanding and introducing new events and experiences that will be of interest to our owners and guests. Works closely with management team to provide ideas and programming that will continue to bring value to the overall objective of the community Provides administrative and project support to the General Manager as required. Assists the General Manager in establishing and maintaining lifestyle policy and procedures for the efficient functioning of community lifestyle operations. Works closely with marketing, development team, sales team, and onsite administrative team to ensure overall team objectives are being met. Performs special project assignments at the General Manager's direction.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in coordinating and promoting recreational activities. Fundraising, non-profit, public relations, event, meeting and conference planning experience helpful. Degree in recreation, hospitality, event planning, or communication fields preferred. Prior experience with homeowner association programs a plus. Competence with Microsoft Office to include Word, Excel and Outlook. Highly effective interpersonal skills, problem solving abilities, and advanced communication skills. Must possess a high level of energy, social skills, initiative, enthusiasm, and cooperation, and exercise good judgment and discretion. Will be accountable for individual performance, the work of others, equipment, supplies, work product quality and safety.

$85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
