MDS, Activity Assessments, ISPs/Care Plans, Progress Notes, activity attendance records) Demonstrates positive interpersonal relations in dealing with the public, residents and family members, so as to project a favorable image of LLHARS Division. Uses free time between programs make visits to resident's rooms, talk with residents and families, and makes an effort to sign them up for activities that may be of interest to them. Qualifications Education High School Diploma or GED, Related Field (Required) Bachelors Degree, Recreational Therapy (Preferred) Experience Prior activities experience in a long-term care or special population (Preferred) Licenses and Certifications Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist (CTRS)- National Cancer Registrars Association (NCRA) (Preferred) Activities Professional Certification (APC)
