Many Opportunities. Join the Franciscan Sisters of Perpetual Adoration Wellness Department. We are seeking a full-time Life Enrichment Team Member to join our team at St. Rose Convent in La Crosse, WI. We are seeking an energetic, forward-thinking individual to join our care community. In this position, you will be responsible for promoting the holistic well-being of the Sisters-supporting their physical, emotional, spiritual, intellectual, and social needs. In addition, you will have the task of planning, coordinating and leading individual and group activities that model FSPA's core values of respect, compassion, partnership, integrity, hospitality, and discovery. Associate degree in health services, recreation therapy, or a related field preferred Hands-on experience in residential services, long-term care, or community recreational settings is highly valued. Ability to communicate effectively with Sister, co-workers, visitors and guests Ability to work occasional evening and weekend hours to accommodate special events and programs We are looking for someone who enjoys a wide range of duties and shares our values of hospitality and partnership and desires a culture that puts relationships first. In this role, you may: Blend relationship building with hands on event planning and leading activities. Work cohesively with team members to ensure daily programming reflects personal choices. Schedule, drive and/or accompany sisters on regular outings Use Microsoft Office and Google Workspace to design promotional materials (fliers, posters, emails) that build excitement for life enrichment events across all levels of care Partner with Sisters to design and decorate the main and second-floor dining rooms, fostering a warm, home-like environment.
