Imaging Registered Nurse

SUMMARY OF DUTIES
A nonexempt position that provides professional nursing care for Imaging Center patients following established standards and practices.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
performs general nursing care to patients Screens patients for appropriate pre-test information. Administers prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with nursing standards Ensures priority is given to patients in emergency situations Maintains patient confidentiality Other duties as assigned by supervision
PAY RANGE
: $40-50/hr to start (dependent upon experience and education)

Education:
Minimum:
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing program.
Experience:
Minimum of 1-year experience in critical care nursing/emergency nursing and/or 1-year experience in cardiovascular, interventional radiology and/or electrophysiology.
Certificate/License:
Possession of a current Alaska State Registered Nurse license, current CPR certification, and current ACLS certification required.
