Registered Nurse (Long Term Care (LTC)
Location:
Sitka, AK 99835,
Contract Duration:
13 weeks
Pay Range:
$85/hr. to $90/hr.
Guaranteed Hours:
36
Shifts:
Three 12-hour shifts per week. Must be flexible and able to work the following shifts: day, night, weekend and holidays. Geriatric and dementia care experience preferred Responsibilities Provide direct patient care and monitor patient condition. Assess and document vital signs and patient status. Administer medications and treatments as ordered. Perform patient assessments and report changes to the healthcare team. Assist with care planning and patient education. Maintain accurate EHR/medical documentation. Follow infection-control and patient-safety protocols. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals..
Requirements Experience:
Minimum 1 year RN experience
Alaska RN License:
Active AK RN license required at the time of submission
BLS:
Required Must live 100+ miles from the facility #HC1
