This contract opportunity allows you to work alongside dedicated healthcare professionals, delivering comprehensive nursing care to diverse patient populations.

Desired Qualifications:
Active and unencumbered RN license Minimum one year of recent Med Surg experience preferred Graduation from an accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN) Solid skills in assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team Strong communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills Current BLS certification (required)
Responsibilities:
Monitor, assess, and record patient symptoms and progress Administer medications and provide treatments according to physician orders Coordinate patient care plans, collaborating with physicians and allied health staff Deliver patient education and support to families, addressing concerns and questions Ensure accurate, timely documentation in patient records Maintain a safe and supportive environment, adhering to facility and regulatory standards Respond promptly to emergencies and changes in patient condition Supervise and provide guidance to nursing assistants and ancillary staff as needed
