Qualifications & Experience:

Current RN license in good standing Proven experience working as an Operating Room Registered Nurse Proficiency with circulating and/or scrubbing roles in a variety of surgical procedures Ability to respond quickly in high-pressure or emergency situations Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia, and other OR staff Current BLS and ACLS certifications required

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare the operating room for various surgical procedures, ensuring strict adherence to sterile techniques and safety protocols Collaborate closely with surgical team members, providing safe, efficient patient care before, during, and after surgery Monitor patient status throughout procedures, identifying and responding appropriately to any changes Maintain accurate and thorough patient documentation and records Support post-anesthesia care and postoperative transitions as needed Consistently uphold infection control and patient safety standards
