Position Overview:

RN (Day Shift) The Day Shift RN provides comprehensive nursing care, oversees clinical operations on the unit, and collaborates with the interdisciplinary team to deliver safe, effective, and person-centered care. ✅ Key Responsibilities Perform resident assessments and develop individualized care plans Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and facility protocols Monitor resident conditions and document changes accurately Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and nursing staff Educate residents and families about care plans and health conditions Supervise and support CNAs and LPNs Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and infection control policies Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing Long-term care or rehabilitation experience preferred Strong leadership, communication, and documentation skills Compassionate, resident-centered mindset BLS/CPR required (ACLS a plus) New graduates encouraged to apply Benefits Snapshot Competitive RN wages $10,000 Sign-On Bonus Blue Cross Blue Shield Health Insurance Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance 401(k) with company match Paid Holidays, Paid Sick Time & Paid Vacation Shift differentials available "Our Family Caring For Yours."
