You'll assess changes in condition, administer medications and treatments, communicate with physicians, coordinate care, lead nursing staff, and use your clinical judgment every shift. And you have the opportunity to see the impact of your nursing care over time. ️ Your Role as an RN As a Day Shift RN, you'll provide skilled nursing care while serving as a clinical leader for residents and the nursing team. You'll work closely with LPNs, CNAs, physicians, therapy, and other interdisciplinary team members to ensure safe, compassionate, high-quality care.
