Your clinical experience and commitment to outstanding patient care will make a difference for individuals with complex, acute health needs.
Qualifications:
Active and unencumbered RN license Minimum of 1 year of recent ICU experience Proficient in advanced cardiac life support (ACLS) and basic life support (BLS) Strong critical thinking and rapid assessment abilities Experience with ventilator management, invasive lines, and hemodynamic monitoring Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team EMR documentation proficiency

Responsibilities:
Deliver high-level nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU Monitor, assess, and document patient condition, noting any changes promptly Administer medications, treatments, and interventions per established protocols Collaborate with physicians and allied health professionals to create and implement individualized care plans Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families Maintain strict adherence to infection control and safety guidelines Participate in rapid response and code situations as part of the critical care team
