Qualifications:
Active and unrestricted RN license At least one year of recent experience in a Medical-Surgical (Med Surg) setting Current BLS certification (additional certifications preferred) Proficient clinical assessment and critical thinking skills Strong ability to communicate with patients, families, and clinical colleagues Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and manage patient caseloads efficientlyResponsibilities:
