Open to new grads; prior experience preferred but not required Pay & Benefits Pay package discussed upon application Competitive salary & benefits Malpractice insurance coverage Health, dental, vision insurance options Retirement plan options CME allowances Supportive work environment and collaborative team culture What You'll Do Provide inpatient and outpatient Hematology and Oncology care within the hospital and clinic setting Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including radiation oncologists, tumor board, and cancer registry Support patients through diagnosis, treatment planning, and ongoing management Participate in tumor board meetings and contribute to quality improvement initiatives Assist with patient education and counseling Manage chemo infusion and coordinate radiation therapy consults onsite Uphold exceptional patient care standards in a busy hospital environment What You Need Medical license in Alabama (or eligible to obtain) Board certification or eligibility in Hematology & Oncology Proven ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams Excellent communication skills and compassionate patient approach Experience in oncology preferred but not required About the Assignment This position is based at a leading hospital in Dothan, Alabama, providing comprehensive hematology and oncology services within a new, modern Cancer Center. The facility features onsite radiation therapy, infusion services, and access to multidisciplinary professionals.
